“It’s a farm full of diversification!
We planted our first vineyard, the one you see at the top, in 1999.
We have six varieties of grapes here, and six varieties of wine named by the grape.
They were paying half the cost to establish a vineyard. We thought, “We got a farm!” and that it had to be a good idea. But it turns out grapes are a tremendous amount of work.
We sell lamb and wine. People come through, and they can taste and sample it. It’s a fun a friendly environment!”
Simple Wine Fondue (recipe in video)
“Fondue means “to melt” in French. Martha Stuart has about 10 or 11 ingredients in hers. We have about three!”
